AGTeacher, I think with the bit more "chubbiness" our PM girls seem to have, I'd agree with you. The dress gives a nod to the so-called "pigeon" bodices women wore in the period and I think the PMers fill it out a bit more.

Wow she is a beauty.
For my PM Samantha I have a:
PM Play Dress
PM Tea Dress
PM Sailor
PM Meet outfit...
but well...she needs more clothes. I ordered the lacy pinafore dress-and I think by mid October (before the free shipping code ends I want to order her talent show dress)

Ditto on all of the above.
Also: I got the (new) spring party dress for Sam and fits my white bodied girl just fine.
Now that you got me thinking, it does not seem to be any problem with Addy's dresses either, and my darling is very early PM.
So... it is just Lissie's collection?
Wondering...

This outfit fits my mid-nineties Samantha just fine. My early Sam is a little too chubby and I can barely get it on and off of her. It also bunches up in the front. Not very attractive. My early Samantha has the lighter brown hair and softer vinyl so if your Sam is from the nineties or so, this dress should fit her great.
